The second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own bathroom.

River and water conditions vary. Water levels can change significantly depending on weather and drought conditions. River access and dock availability may therefore vary and should not be the primary reason for booking the property.

Because of the terrain and access to the river, children and older guests should not make their way toward the water without appropriate supervision.
