Cook up dinner in the full kitchen while the private washer/dryer takes care of the swimsuits. Enjoy meals outside easily on the two picnic tables! When it comes to lake fun, there are plenty of options in this home with both water access and a boat slip. Take a spin out on the two stand-up paddleboards! The backyard dock is perfect for fishing, and there's plenty of room in the backyard for fun activities. Guests can cook up delicious meals on the private gas grill. The family dog can join the fun too!

Lake Lyndon B. Johnson provides a lot of room for lake fun, with parks lining the lake and the Colorado River alike. Guests arriving without a boat can easily rent one from Splash Boat Rentals (just three-and-a-half miles away) and lots of other local businesses. Lighthouse Country Club offers a fun opportunity to get in a challenging 18 holes of play, just six miles out from the house. Of course, the explorers of the group will love touring Longhorn Cavern State Park, just over nine miles from the home!

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
