You'll also be well-placed to enjoy Fredericksburg Trade Days on the third Saturday of the month, featuring live music, wonderful food, and plentiful opportunities to shop. Should the rain ever decide to move in, the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum are close by as well.

We loved the town, walking, shopping, wine and chocolate tastings and a great German dinner and especially The Old German Bakery on Main St for breakfast. The property was rustic and quaint which suited our non- bougie family, but definitely not for discriminating or picky people! All in all it was a fun trip and a great bonding time for grandparents, parents and teenage to adult grandchildren.

In general, we loved the property. All the buildings were charming and very comfortable. Our only negative was that since we wanted to cook for 9, we were surprised there was not a full sized oven in the main kitchen. We made the counter top oven work though. The kitchen could also have been stocked with more dishes, but again we made it work by bringing bowls and coffee mugs from some of the other cabins. Also, please replace the can opener - it barely works! All in all, everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming - and the TV works great!

The property lined out great for our group of 3 adult couples. Each had their own space and were all very comfortable. The interior finishes were very nice and well appointed.

We booked this home for our wedding party and it was perfect. Pictures do not do this place justice! It is beautiful!! There was plenty of room for all 12 of us, our 4 year old and dog. We definitely plan on going back to Fredericksburg and have every intention of booking this same place should we make it a group trip!
