• The nearby boat ramp is located at Heart of Texas Lake Resort, 408 Clen Oak Parkway, Burnet, TX 78611. The resort currently charges a $20 boat-launch fee.

• The jet skis and jet-ski lifts shown at the property are not available for guest use.

• This home is not available for parties or events, including bachelor parties, fantasy football drafts, prom gatherings, or senior graduation parties.

• Guests must sign in to their own streaming-service accounts when using the Smart TVs.

• Because this home is located in the Texas Hill Country, guests may occasionally encounter wildlife, insects, or other outdoor critters. The property receives routine pest-control service, but this cannot guarantee that wildlife or pests will never be visible. Please remain aware of your surroundings, use caution when driving at night, and supervise children whenever they are outdoors.
