Enjoy a prime location right in the heart of Fraser and only six and a half miles from Winter Park Resort. This retreat is also located 100 feet from the free bus stop that will take you to the base of the ski mountain in the blink of an eye.

Step out to the deck where you can easily indulge in sipping a morning coffee or evening glass of wine as the sun sets and the wildlife, including foxes, scurry in the open field behind the home. Plus, you won't have to eat out each night with all of the appliances and utensils needed in the full kitchen. The living room invites you to unwind and kick back with comfortable sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable.

When it comes to sleeping arrangements, the first floor of the home features one private bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the third level, and the primary bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and a private balcony.

The beds weren’t very comfortable. The non-master beds were like plywood and not comfortable at all. The kitchen didn’t have basic condiments ( salt etc) and the skillets weren’t great. There was only one trash bag for a whole week and the rollers on the dishwasher rack were broken. The propane grill hasn’t been cleaned since the Reagan administration and is a fire hazard. I did like the area and it’s not far from skiing or restaurants.

Absolutely loved staying here! Came up from Denver for a couple of nights and got very lucky with new snow at Winter Park. It’s very convenient to the mountain, and made it a stress free experience. Parking in the garage was super nice for this as well, to keep the car out of the snow overnight. We even saw some coyotes which was awesome. Definitely recommend staying here!

no so clean...broken blinds, bit wore down place..... average would be the word... they told me no dish washer a day before and didnt wanted to consider changing date.... good luck when heating fails day before and they wont care about changing their dates either....... this property is their ATM ...allmout, nothing in

We had a fantastic vacation in Fraser/Winter Park. This condo is located near Winter Park ski slopes and lots of great restaurants. The condo easily fit our family of five.
