Overall amenities of Simba Run made our stay seamless and ideal for a family ski trip. The ability to cook in our unit and having easy parking and shuttle access made everything easy. Unit was clean and comfortable with enough space for a family of 4.

Overall the unit served its purpose, 4 adults slept and ate in the unit. The unit is close to the pool, hot tub, parking space and one floor up, the locker room and shuttle. Simba Run is convenient to Vail, the slopes and shopping. With the bedrooms facing the highway, there is some road noise at night (Most of the condos in Simba are 2 stories and the bedrooms face the rear of the building, away from the highway). The master bedroom has no hanging space (closet) making it awkward to deal with wet ski clothing and storing other clothing. Nice selection of plates, flatware and utensils. The bedroom furniture is comprised of kitchen base cabinets leading to creative storage solutions. While my night table had 3 drawers I couldn't figure out how to make use the pull out spice cabinet. We are repeat guests are Simba Run.

We did not realize just how close the main east/west highway 70 was to the unit: less than 150'. This highway has heavy traffic day and night and you can't be outside on the deck without very loud traffic noise. We found it very difficult to sleep in the unit and ended up leaving a number of days early. Other than the traffic noise, the unit was well appointed and comfortable. The indoor pool is quite large and there is a nice indoor spa and an outdoor one too. There are two tennis courts which we did not use. The bathrooms are a bit dated and there is NO closet in the master bedroom: you have to share an awkward closet in the 2nd bedroom. Wifi was excellent and the furniture was quite comfortable.

This unit does have a great location. It was clean and the kitchen had most of the items you would need for the weekend.

The location is excellent for skiing . There is a shuttle from the condo garage to vail village and lionshead village. Lionhead is 3 min away. The hot tub and pool and well as exercise room, sauna, and steam room are very much appreciated. The condo building is well maintained. The condo itself had everything you would need. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. Check in is easy. Garage is covered and is ready to access. The property was clean. 2 downsides : 1- the furniture of the condo is dated and bulky and in not great condition: shelves don't fully open or close, a dining chair has a broken back. 2- the kitchen has no ventilation so it's difficult to cook and there is a general smell when you first enter the condo which doesn't seem to dissipate despite opening the patio door. Overall I would stay there again for skiing
