Hot tub did not heat up despite verifying both breakers were on. Support staff were not helpful and they did not send anyone out to help us. Additionally, there was a loud tapping noise (likely in the water pipes or somewhere) that disrupted our sleep throughout the night. Very disappointed. The house was well stocked with towels and kitchen items and located in a nice area not far from vail and the shopping center.

When we arrived at the house the keypad was dead. We were on the phone with customer service for about 45 minutes and couldn’t get anyone out there to help us. Finally they let us know there was a lockbox with a key to get in to the house. Once we got into the house the gas alarm was going off and we had to running water anywhere in the house. After numerous calls with customer service and them telling us that we would be getting a call from maintenance which never happened until about noon the following day. Never got any sort of refund or anything.

Everything was excellent

Unfortunately the hot tub was extremely dirty- and though we were told it would be serviced- it was not. That was the main reason we rented this unit. Disappointed with management response. The unit, otherwise, was nice.

The house is very comfortable and has excellent equipment. It was clean as a new pin and everything worked. Clearly appreciated by earlier renters, we found little bonuses of condiments and other comestibles that they had left for those coming later. We tried to emulate that.

The unit was perfect for our family and had everything we would need. Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and great decor. Only downside for us was not being able to fit in garage because of a roof rack. Also the stairs down to the unit might be difficult for some guest. But would still highly recommend and stay again.
