Timber Falls #402

This Condo has easy in & out access off the highway. It was cozy and had everything we could possibly need. Comfy beds and we loved playing games by the fireplace!

Perfect stay. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet!

We have stayed in the Timber Falls area in East Vail at least 5 times in the past few years, and this is the nicest unit we have found in this development. Beautifully remodeled and furnished, very comfortable, and well-equipped if you like to cook. Also, it has a perfect location as close as you can get (about 50 feet) to the Vail free ski-shuttle bus stop. Will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 4 nights. The condo gets hot even without turning on the heater in Feb. We needed to crack the window open during the night to get comfortable. The master bedroom mattress needs to be upgraded. We felt every moment of the next person in bed. As a result, both my husband and I could not sleep for 4 nights. Kitchen is well stocked. It had everything we need. The code to the front door was long and it stopped working after one night. We had to be on the phone with the management company a couple times and finally got the "short code". It was not fun to stand in the cold weather and try to gain entry to the condo after a day of skiing. Furniture and the tv need updates.

Very nice house with new kitchen and new appliances. Location is 5 Star as the Ski bus takes you directly to Vail transportation center every 15'. The only issue was the heating: it was constantly very hot, especially in the second bedroom even with the thermostat set to 65 and no floor heating
