Timber Falls #401

The apartment was great, clean, comfortable and updated. The only problem I had using the apartment is the entry. The key did not work and one night I couldn't enter it and had to call at night experienced locksmith who couldn't open it too. He had to drill out the old lock and install a new one. My expense was $150 and I am not talking about inconvenience to stay for an hour in the cold weather outside. Spacious living area, beds comfortable and if heat is turned down at night the second bedroom stays a bit more comfortable otherwise as mentioned many time it is too hot! A bit more attention to cleaning as in under the toilet seat! needs in kitchen dish clothes and towels, soap for the shower and more facecloths with these small additions this place is perfect!

I take off 2 stars just because I don't think this is a good value based on the size of the condo. Small living room, the kitchen is cramped with 2 people in it, and the beds in the bedrooms leave little room for anything else. There is also very little closet space.

Recent renters had complained about a broken toaster oven and the second bedroom being unbearably warm. These issues apparently have not been dealt with as we experienced both. There are several thermostats, but not one in that bedroom and so we had no idea how to control it.

On the positive side the furniture was nice and having the bus stop right at the condo was very convenient.

Easy access. Open parking. Cozy and clean. Right on the river. Wood fireplace. Comfortable beds. Lovely scenery.

I had an amazing time staying here. Sitting on the couch looking out at the snow and creek, with the fire going! Perfect for our little getaway. Very well stocked, even a hairdryer and tea kettle! Would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent choice for our guys weekend ski trip. The bus stop was directly in front of the condo which was super convenient. The condo was very clean and updated - everything was working well including the hot showers. The Jacuzzi across the parking lot was nice as well. Great option for Vail & I would highly suggest!
