Rating
This property is perfectly located to use the Vail shuttle and enjoy the area. While not the newest property, the price of our stay was in line with the quality and condition of the property, and we felt like we got a good value.
The location of the house is near Vail Village and is on the bus route, which is great. The house itself was not bad and not great. Based on hotel prices and other houses in the area I'd say we got a good value and got what we paid for.
Location and hot tub and pool were great
We stayed here this past weekend (Sept 11-14th) and everything was great. There is a great view of the mountains and even has a waterfall in site. The rooms were spacious and bed was very comfortable. Large dining room table and kitchen had everything you need to cook. We had no issues with the wifi and water pressure and temp were great. The location for us was perfect, it was only a 6-8 min drive into town and for anyone who doesnt want to drive back and forth, there is a shuttle bus that picks you up in front. I would highly recommend this home and will book on my future trips to Vail.
If you're looking for a reasonably priced place to stay and ski Vail, this place has all the amenities you need at half the price of staying in the Village! Hot tub was hot, and only a short walk (center of the complex) - we used it every day! Laundry available in the unit, which was good to wash and dry our ski gear each day. An East Vail shuttle bus stop is literally less than a 50' walk from the property door so you don't have to park at the resort (Pitkin Creek stop). There is a small convenience store on-property if you need last-minute snacks or beverages. Previous reviews mention broken lightbulbs and cleanliness issues, however we found NONE of those things to be true - the property condition was fine. Additionally, while we didn't need to call guest services more than one time, they were responsive and immediately solved our issue (door lock question), and all communication prior to the visit was perfect to get us checked in quickly! The kitchen is fully equipped, but my son and I didn't want to cook, and we found food delivery to this address was very timely as well. Pro-tip: bring your favorite coffee/tea for the provided Keurig, traditional 12-cup coffee pot, or electric hot water pot! (Fortunately the previous tenant left a couple for us...) Definitely recommend this property to visit Vail!
