A wonderful spot for summer and winter vacations alike, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo will treat you to the astounding beauty of Vail without breaking the bank. The 760-square-foot living space is bright and comfortable, with a mirrored wall and large windows that let in the alpine sunshine, carpeted floors, and two plush sofas that face a wood-burning fireplace (with logs provided) and a wall-mounted HDTV and DVR for cozy nights at home. Begin each morning in the fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent breakfast bar and dining room table, and end each evening by curling up in the bedroom's queen-size bed or the sleeper sofa in the living room. It’s an older unit but the bedding is top notch. Great neighbors and community. Grocery and liquor store in the complex. Great furniture for lounging and great price!!! Highly recommend!!!
Very clean place, excellent location that is convenient to the mountains. Highly recommend!
Location very convenient
All the space!!
The property itself is very old and in desperate need for updates. We turn on the hair dryer and the electric breaker went off ( yes that old). However, what made us have a bad experience was the customer support. At check in we received a text saying that we will get 2 parking passes but when we arrived there was no passes, no information, not even a welcome sheet. We texted and called multiple times requesting the passes because the building had signs saying they will tow anyone without a pass but we did not receive any resolution or call back. When I kept inside the next day after waking up several times during the night with fear our car had been towed, we got a text saying to get a piece of paper and put it in the dashboard because they had no more passes. Additionally, we asked if there was a key to the house do we did not have to enter the 10 digits code every time and were told no. WiFi was not working the first day and did not get instructions to troubleshoot until the second day after following up on my multiple inquires. The only good thing is the location as the free public bus stops right in front of the property.
