The location of this stay was excellent, the facilities were kept very clean, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. However, the experience had some drawbacks given the high price point. The shower was frustrating to use, as it fluctuated between scalding hot and ice cold, making it difficult to find a manageable temperature. Additionally, the TV was quite small for the space, and the refund policy felt unnecessarily strict.

We love this place for many reasons, but one stands out; the staff make you feel at home and take care of your every need. They anticipate what you might need and make it happen for you. The bellmen/ valets are top notch, running guests' bags all through out the lodge, clearing the driveway of snow, and providing rides into the village. The guys helping with the skis at the end of the day and first thing in the morning are working as hard as anybody making sure we all get on and off the slopes. The fresh baked cookies after the ski day is just an added bonus. We'll absolutely be back next year.
