This home was very clean and very well designed and furnished. Some furniture pieces are beginning to show a bit of wear. We would definitely stay here again!
Easy check-in and interaction, well-equipped and large, and close parking was ideal.
Be careful what you book when coming to The Colorado Rockies for a summer wedding! It gets just as hot in Beaver Creek as it does in Denver on a summer day. Be sure to choose a North-South facing Rental instead of an East-West facing one. Ask the owner about this before you book. The reason is there are no air conditioners in these rentals. I know it’s built for winter skiing, so no need for AC. But if you are there for Summer wedding activities be prepared to sweat a lot! They did provide big box fans, but that will do nothing for the heat of the sun shining on the great rooms. I visited my family that were staying in a north-south facing rental in the same development and it was much cooler. Also these rentals are narrow but high. There are 5 flights of stairs (and the kitchen is at the top level). For those of you who are not used to altitude, this will tax you. Overall the place is worn out. Baseboard heating was constantly on in the two lower levels. One guest got a strong electrical shock turning on a light switch in second lowest bedroom and there was no power in the lowest bedroom. Plus the place was HOT!!. We were only there 3 nights, busy arriving and starting wedding activities so no time to complain until the second day. They sent a man to look at the electric several hours later (in the middle of getting dressed for the wedding), did not hear any more from the agency and did not receive any compensation. We are not impressed
Nice modern decor and furniture.
Not sure why this house hasn’t had better reviews. We loved it, clean decorated great, had all the amenities and a great layout for a large group to create privacy. Hot tub just steps from the front entrance. Storage cubbies for our ski gear! Ski out was a two minute walk ski in went directly to the hot tub entrance, just outside the front door! Would definitely come back❤️
All bed sizes are wrong. The home has 3 queen beds not three king beds. The room with the alleged queen bed actually has a full size bed. The bottom floor with the queen ben and full size bed is basically unusable do to lack of heating on that floor. The home is about a 7 min walk from mail lift area (if you can find the shortcut). Its also about a 5 min drive to lift area. TV are outdated and small. Fireplace flume does not open (we did not use as a result). I personally would not stay here again. Lastly, home has an odd check out time of 10:am making the departing morning a bit hectic.
