Great area with all the amenities!

We had a great stay at this cute two bedroom condo in Avon. We were there to ski and check out Vail and Beaver Creek while avoiding the I-70 Sunday slog, and this reasonably priced gem made that possible. The complex was conveniently located with a homey feel and a comfy wood burning fireplace. My kids loved the loft bedroom and I found the kitchen pretty serviceble with most things I needed to cook meals at home. Bus access to the resorts was pretty manageable. We were disinclined to pay 50 bucks to park, but there was a park and ride on the Vail busline that made it easy to get there for free and parking downtown in Avon to jump on the Beaver Creek free bus worked out for us both days. A great stay in a fun little condo with abundant natural light and everything we needed for a memorable family trip!

There is a lot of wear & tear in this unit. No extra fans to be used upstairs is ridiculous. Location was great due to we were attending our son’s wedding at Eagle Vail Pavilion.

The house was perfect for our ski weekend in Vail. The location was perfect, was only about 10 min drive from Vail Village. The house was very clean, stocked up with all basic amenities. The check in and check out requirements were very easy and well communicated. I would definitely chose the house again when am back!
