Comfort, clean although will need some maintenance

We had a very disappointing stay at this property. Upon arrival, we found that the heating on the first floor was not functioning. The host told us that if a technician did not come the same night, we would receive a refund for one night. The technician came the next day but was unable to fix the heating, stating the issue was with the boiler valve. Unfortunately, the heating was never fixed during our entire stay. Only a small portable room heaters was provided, which did not heat the whole floor, making it extremely uncomfortable—especially since we were traveling with kids. It also snowed during our stay, and the freezing weather made the situation very difficult. Heating is a basic necessity, and this property failed to provide it. Additionally, the TV in one of the rooms did not work until the last night, when a new TV was finally installed. We paid $1,469.49 for four nights, and the host told us that she would only refund $150, which does not even cover one night. Despite multiple messages, the host did not respond or offer a fair resolution. We requested at least a two-night refund, which is reasonable given the circumstances, but this was ignored ( Not even received $150 yet). I waited to leave this review to see how the issue would be handled, but unfortunately, it was not resolved properly. I would not recommend this property, especially in winter, due to lack of basic amenities and poor communication.

We were there to ski. It was perfect for Beaver Creek and Vail. Quiet neighborhood. Nice updates inside. Everything you need to cook and feel like home.

1. Booking: a week before our stay, we asked to delay our check-in and check-out by one day. We were told it was fine, and a day later, that it wasn’t, requiring flight changes etc. 2. Broken fridge: the kitchen looked fine, but the fridge was broken - hot air blowing and stinky. There was a mini fridge in the living room and food from the previous renters that they had forgotten outside the back door (things like a gallon of milk that would fit in the mini fridge). Clearly the broken fridge was a known problem that we were not informed of. A day after check out, we received a message saying that a new fridge had been ordered (which did not help our situation). 3. The init was clean except for the smell from the fridge, the food on the back step and something brown and disgusting in a glass in the kitchen cabinet. 4. And despite multiple messages to the agent, we received no response during the 4 days we were there. Overall, disappointing: both the fridge and especially the lack of communication.
