Rating
I appreciate the affordability of the property but I was still let down by the condo. I booked with a no frills mindset but hopeful to at least get a good nights rest. The mattress is awful in the back bedroom and overs have reviewed this, whatever topper was used to bandaid the issue makes it worse bc with two people you just roll into the middle. The comforters on the beds must be from 1980 and should be ripped to shreds if they’re actually being washed between each renter which grossed me out. The tv’s are not compatible with most streaming services or recently filmed movies, the couches are sinking to the floor and need to be replaced asap. The closet in the second bedroom is locked for owners leaving renters no where to hang any of their items and the hallways closet isn’t an option bc it’s filled to the brim with cleaning supplies and I didn’t want to put anything nice in there. Very well stocked kitchen though
Mattresses were uncomfortable and there are several maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
The front door has no deadbolt, the fireplace is tagged with a “Hazardous” label due to a gas leak, and the clothes dryer had no door on it. I reported this to Vasaca when we arrived and no one came to the unit to fixed it over the four nights we stayed there. Horrible experience - do not stay here.
Within walking distance to everything in town. The unit has some normal wear and tear for a rental but was super clean. recommend.
enjoyed the view of the river from the deck.
Good clean place with a great location in telluride. No doubt. Walking distance to everywhere. Now, a few things aggravating. Locked closets in the master bedroom because the owners had their stuff in there (presumably). I wanted to put my stuff in there given I rented the place. So there’s that. Overall, a good location and a clean environment but unexpected inconveniences. Oh well
