Kutuk 202

We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo in Kutuk. It was beautifully furnished and well stocked. We enjoyed the convenient access to skiing, which is just a short walk across the street, as well as the shuttle to and from the downtown area. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location, comfortable home with lots of a great seating. Wonderful guest services, and we loves the ski lockers and boots area.

This is our 6th yr at Kutuk. Different condos depending on our needs. Great staff and some minor issues resolved pretty quickly

Kutuk is one of my favorite condo complexes in Steamboat. Can't beat the location. Walk across the street to ski down to the gondola. It has lockers to store your boots (heated) and skis so you don't need to walk in ski boots up to your unit. It does have a ski in path, but as a boarder, it can get a little sketchy. I prefer to stop at the T-Bar for a beer and then walk across the street back to condo. This is your typical mountain condo. Nothing fancy, but it appears to have been updated recently and is very nice. You can look out the front windows to check on the jacuzzies before heading over for a soak. I appreciate the on-site parking garage. I've never had a problem finding a space. The concierge allowed us to leave our car in the garage after we checked out so we could ski in the morning before heading out. You do need to stop by the front desk to get a new key to get back into the garage to your car. Staff is friendly and helpful. My buddy accidently left a nice shirt in the unit after we had checked out. The concierge called me to let me know. Fortunately, we were still on the mountain and could stop by the front office to grab the shirt before heading home. At night, it's an easy walk to several restaurants and Ski Time Square. If you want to go downtown, there is a free on-call shuttle service (tip your driver!) that is very prompt. Overall, this is an awesome place!

Unit was clean, inviting and cozy. Even better than the website photos. I would have given 5 stars but no one told us there were no elevators. You have 2 flights to get to the office and unit.

We’ve stayed in numerous condos over the years and this was by far our families favorite. The location can’t be beat - it’s right behind TBar and Slopeside Grill. The view from the living room is stunning and the furniture was extremely well taken care of and comfortable. The loft was a huge favorite of my teen sons but should note that it’s no longer 2 twin beds and instead 1 queen (maybe king). This would have been problematic had someone in our party not bailed. There are a lot of stairs but there’s a ramp right by the ski lockers so it reduces a whole flight of stairs. There are wagons by the office to help bring stuff from cars. There is also no laundry In the condo but the complex laundry room is right next to the office and really easy to go back and forth. The office takes great care of the complex and we’re always our first thing shoveling snow and snow blowing. We will for sure be back.
