The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. And it was no more than a 5-minute walk to the base of the gondola and lifts. The only odd thing was for us that it was always very warm inside the unit. We did not use the heater or fireplace. We would crack open the window or sliding glass door to cool it down to make it more comfortable to sleep at night.

Convenient condo, with a really well-equipped kitchen for a vacation rental. Good size and layout for our family of 4. Complex is not fancy, but that was okay for us.

We were pleasantly surprised with room A207 and would recommend this rental to family and friends. We regularly stay at the Steamboat Grand and found this rental private and quiet during spring break. The walk from the gondola was at most seven minutes and was very easy. The room had a kitchen and washer and dryer which were convenient for our trip. Parking in the basement was secure and a quick elevator ride from the room. The hot tub was a nice touch and mostly empty during our visit. Water pressure in the bathroom was great too.

The location of this condo was great as it was an easy 5 minute walk to the Square. Since we had kids with us, we did however take the free shuttle when we were carrying our skis with us. Hot tub and pool were great and the unit worked really well for our family of 4.

We’ve stayed in Canyon Creek a number of times and continue to enjoy it every time. Beds are comfortable, accommodations are to our liking, kitchen fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Underground parking is great and pool/hot tub/exercise center are clean and awesome. Highly recommend.
