Antlers 122

We had a lovely time staying at the Antlers and would go back again.

We absolutely loved our wee here! Great location! Fantastic service and amenities. We loved every minute of our week here.

We were very happy with the location and the ski valet building on site. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils that we needed, since we cook almost every meal. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were state of the art. The environment was quiet at night. The view was beautiful. The availability of the shuttle service was a most definite plus! There were even games to play and the TV worked great.

This is a nice condo in a great location with a great pool. However, the whole experience was terrible. The check in instructions were completely wrong. There was no one at the front desk, there was no key in the lockbox and everyone I called told me to call someone else. Luckily we found a key under the mat because it was 2 hours later before someone showed up because we were “locked out” of the unit. Unfortunately, getting in just lead to more issues. The unit hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. Again nothing but run around from the management company, so our girls getaway weekend started with us having to do loads of laundry and cleaning before we could move in. They finally sent someone the next day to clean and fix the refrigerator that wasn’t working. I will say that eventually they refunded most of the cost of the stay, but that didn’t really make up for the stress, frustration, and terrible customer service at check-in.

Had a wonderful few days of spring skiing! Antlers 122 was spacious and comfortable for our party of 10. Just a few steps to the ski valet who had our skis ready to go and warm boots each morning! The kitchen was well stocked and there was a game cupboard stocked to the brim! Would definitely book here again!

We were pleased with the unit along with all the amenities. Only problem we had was with the spotty Wi-Fi.
