This condo was great for two families. Lots of room, big closets, comfortable and well located within walking distance of the slopes. I would recommend it and stay here again.

Everything was great except there was no key to the hot tub. It took me two days of calling the front desk to figure out how to get keys and get to the tub. First they brought me wrong keys. The next day they brought me the right ones. The condo was lovely and as described. Good location. Great home!

We have stayed in Evergreens 3 for a week for two consecutive years. As a family, we find this home to be the best of all possible options. Private and quiet unit in a small well kept community. Such an easy walk to the gondola and shuttle service is great. Parking is easy and the enclosed garage is a great bonus!!! The view from this unit is very special and the furnishings and layout of the unit are very comfortable.

The property was beautiful and super close to the lifts and restaurants.

Our rental exceeded our expectations, as the photos on the listing don’t do it justice as to how nice our place actually was! Very clean upon arrival, kitchen stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment, plenty of space for all of our guests, nice showers each stocked with shampoo conditioner and body wash, plenty of extra towels and bedding. The hot tub was a nice touch and only a 1 minute walk away. The free shuttle to and from the mountain was also super convenient, and was great to use to take downtown for dinner as well. We also had a few people in our group working remotely on this trip, and the wifi worked great with no issues. Highly recommend and would definitely seek out this place again for our future visits!

The rooms and layout of the unit were very nice and views of the mountain were beautiful. Garage was a big plus for our rental car and using the garage code, rather than managing house keys, was very convenient for our various schedules. The bedrooms are on the lower level and the LVT flooring on the main level does nothing to dampen sound, so our early risers and east-coast conference callers did disturb guests sleeping in the king and queen bedrooms. There were some issues with maintenance (shower doors were off their tracks; poor snow clearing on the balcony, the path from the cul-de-sac to the main sidewalk and the path to the hot tub) but the unit was clean and in good condition otherwise. Location is superb to access the resort. Shuttle service to town was prompt and drivers were helpful.
