You'll have two kitchens, four bedrooms, and two lofts, an ideal space for a family get-together. Was Very spacious, but one of the refrigerators did not work upon arrival and we were promised it would be fixed the next day, but that never happened and my husband spent quite a while on hold waiting to talk to an actual local person and that never happened either.

This place was perfect for our family vacation! We had 4 adults and 5 boys fron 9-18 years of age. The second living quarters was perfect for the boys to have their own space and not bother us with being too loud. The location was good for the activities we had planned for the week. I would definitely recommend. I know the limit for guest was 12 but I feel it could accommodate 14 comfortably.

This is the second year that we have stayed in this home. It checks all the boxes for our group. The fire pit down by the river is the best and they have plenty of wood for you to burn. I highly recommend this property!
