Washer.dryer broken, fireplace couldn’t use, oven broken, coffee carafe broken, toilet had to be turned off because wouldn’t stop running, fire extinguisher empty, doors wouldn’t close properly, front door handle came off. No one came at all during the stay to take care of any of those issues, water went off middle of first night because of well problems and wasn’t worked on until the second day so we were without any water for over 36 hours. Wasn't ready for check in at 4 because was still cleaning. Was ag]fter 6 when she left. None of the issues were addressed during our stay (except the well) including the fire extinguisher which is required.

We have stayed in Alpine Accents homes for 17 years in a row. Haven’t had any problems till this year. Washer/dryer broke and oven nonfunctional. We also rented another home is what saved us as no one answered the 1800 number.

We loved the hot tub and the view from it (but they did not come daily to maintain it as they claim they do). The house is in the perfect location and was perfect for us and we would stay there again. However, several major appliances (fire place, washer, dryer, stove, oven) did not work. Local management at first lied to us and then ghosted us. I spent a good part of our first vacation day on the phone. Finally I was connected to Mike, who was extremely helpful and ended up giving us 20% back on what we had paid. Before you book, make sure all appliances are as pictured and in working condition. If you encounter problems, local management will not help but keep going up the "chain of command". It can be irritating but that was the only way we were able to do anything. Overall we enjoyed our stay, close to skiing, plenty of room for our family, and we learned how to make sausage egg casserole on the grill.
