I liked having so many beds and the kitchen had lots to offer for making meals. The mgmt company is responsive and fair.
This place is great for a family with several kids and a well fenced back yard if bringing the family dog.
The place was a little cold, we turned the thermostat to 70 but it did not go above 65 but the day was warm so not a bit deal.
We stayed at the house on February 22 to the 27th when we got there everything was good except for when we came in there was no light at the front door, but that was fine. when we woke up the next morning, it was 57° in the living room called the facility manager and they said that they would have someone come over and look at the furnace to see what was going on because it was not getting any warmer, he talked to us through trying to move it so it would get warmer in there but it was not working. He had me move it up so it would be warmer in there, but it was not moving. It was not doing anything. The registers were not turning on so they did tell us that there were plug-in heaters. There was two bigger plug-in heaters and one smaller one that kept tripping the breaker so we could not use this one. I got a call from the maintenance manager asking what was going on. He tried talking to me through turning up the heat so it would kick on by itself, but it wasn’t doing it and he said he was on a really big job and he couldn’t get to it right now but if I could just climb under the house and restart the furnace and we could see if that would work . I told him that I did not feel comfortable doing that and I didn’t feel like that should be a part of me paying to stay there that I should have to do this, but I did say that when my family gets back from skiing, I will ask one of them if they would be willing to climb under and waited until they got home from skiing when my son got home from skiing he was the one who said he would climb under so we got the guy on FaceTime and he talked to my son. We opened up the hole in the closet and he climbed down there and tried to see if he could restart the furnace for him. He did what the maintenance guy told him, but it did not work. He said that he was going to have to send a plumber out to see if they could fix the furnace. Waited for a callback waited for an email and there was not a plumber that showed up at all. I waited home and nobody showed up. I called every day. Nothing happened. I sent an email almost every day and nothing happened . I just don’t think that it was right to have to go a whole week without any heat. It was 57 the first day 64. It did go up a little bit. It only went up because of the sun shining and when we would close the blinds for the night, it would go back down to freezing again And like I said nobody ever showed up. It would not have been that big of a deal if it was not winter out!!!
Great location, quiet and very pet-friendly.
Lots of space and a great area to spend time with your love ones. Centrally located for skiing between A-Basin, Keystone, Breck and Copper. Would definitely stay again.
