This is a great setup for two
Our poor review is based mainly on the bedding not being washed. In the larger bedroom (the one without the bunk beds), the bed spread and pillows had what looked like pet and human hair from previous guests. It obviously had not been washed. Even though we took the bed spread and pillows off, my wife woke up feeling allergic from the pet dander. Additionally the blankets on the couch appeared not to have been washed recently and felt dirty to the touch. The rug in the living room also felt dirty. The mattresses and furniture overall seemed a little worn-out. Not as much of an issue, but when we arrived the heat was off and the apartment was only 58 degrees. I found that the batteries were dead in the thermostat of the main heater and I had to replace them with batteries from the TV remote. I understand that it is hard to manage a vacation rental, especially while allowing pets, but I feel compelled to leave a critical review because of the lack of clean bedding. If it hadn't been for that, we would have enjoyed our stay a lot more. The condo is in a beautiful location and I felt the rate would have been fair for the market if better kept up.
Great location , home had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.
Nice place, clean comfortable and friendly folks around.
The location was nice and quiet.
We were about 35 minutes from Breckenridge-give or take. It was a good place other than having to buy more toilet paper for our stay. We did have 4 guests listed on our stay, and we were only provided with 3 towels. The dishes were a bit dirty so we did have to wash them before use; however, I don't blame the owners, being that you have to self wash the dishes before you check out. It was a good location! Lots nearby like Target, Walgreens, and anything you may need for essentials. We would stay here again :)
