Dirty common entry and concerning neighborhood. Unit was fine. I would not rent again
Daughter & I went skiing in Loveland & Copper mt. Condo was a nice & clean place with everything that was needed. Great hot coffee maker. Three of the nights, it sounded like the people above us were moving furniture around almost all night. Hard to sleep without earplugs or white noise. Very nice stay, other than that.
Indoor space for your ski equipment right outside the apartment. Good location with number of beds and furnishings as promised. Overall, unit was equipped with necessities except humidifier. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean but shower curtains needed to be replaced. It is a basement unit which was not disclosed so you hear everything your upstairs neighbors do. Be aware, lock box with keys is located at a different building, a clubhouse. Front door mat was very uninviting. Dirty and old, should be replaced. You are asked to leave your shoes outside and rightly so but you expect inside floors to be clean in return. They were not moped at all. Supposedly pet free property had pet hair everywhere. Mattresses are pure spring coils with no padding and need updating. I woke up stiff every morning after tossing and turning through the night. Blankets were not washed. Non working electric kettle and a toaster owen. Bring your own humidifier as it is essential in the winter months. This unit oddly did not have one. In summary, this is my least favorite property out of 3 I have stayed at in the area. It can benefit from some improvements but it fulfilled basic needs.
We chose this home for the value and because it allows pets. The neighborhood is a neighborhood of locals. Several older developments. Not a vacation type neighborhood. The complex itself is older. The unit is on the lower level which was nice and has a newly updated kitchen. It is cute, but could use some updates to furniture. It is very close to I-70 and stores. A short drive to Breck and Copper. It suited our needs for a long weekend.
Cozy home that comes pretty-well stocked, but probably will not stay here again. Bottom apartment - hear every footstep from above. Beds are not comfortable - could feel the mattresses springs - even the kids mentioned it about the twins.
Awesome Place. I would recommend this to all potential renters. Very convenient to the ski slopes and all the fun to be had in Summit County.
