With gorgeous views of both the mountains and lake, as well as a shared hot tubs and a small shared sauna and easy access to town and the slopes, you and up to five lucky guests will be set for a fun and relaxing time.
Located mere steps from Dillon Lake, this condo is within walking distance of pubs and restaurants, as well as Dillon Marina and Amphitheater. In-town convenience is also made easy, so you'll be able to grocery shop when needed, and slope access is a short drive or bus ride away. Park in the two-car assigned covered parking and take the elevator up to your home away from home.
This condo's interior is cozy and comfortable, and the living area is an ideal spot for resting and relaxing. Kick back on the plush sofa and watch some movies on the cable TV while you warm up by the gas fireplace. In the summer, play some music on the stereo, and lounge on the deck just off the living room. Take in gorgeous views and use the free WiFi to find local attractions.

Make the short drive to Keystone, A-Basin, Copper Mountain, or Breckenridge for downhill and boarding. Or stay close to home for sledding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. And if you don't feel like driving, take the Summit Stage bus for a free ride to ski lifts, restaurants, and shopping. White River National Forest is three-and-a-half miles away and offers groomed trails for plenty of show activities.

The unit was nice a little dated, but the view was beautiful out the slider door.
Great location and views. Layout is excellent!
The location of the condo is great however it is quite run down and the pictures do not do it justice. The master bedroom bed is not sleep-able so we had to sleep in the other room because it’s broken. The shower is missing a door, the closet is missing a door.
This place looks right over the lake and mountains. It's beautiful! The condo is affordable and nice. It could use a little updating in the bathrooms to match the beautiful kitchen. One of the mattresses is ready to be replaced but otherwise, it is a nice place and great price. We would gladly return!
Loved location and checking in and out very easy. Clean room but needs updating. The pans in kitchen are so old the frying pan had no none stick left on it and other was very warped like someone left on burner and forgot about it.
This condo was perfect for our ski vacation. It was only about a twenty minute drive from Loveland Ski Area, and thirty minutes from Breckenridge. A cozy home for settling down in after a long day out on the slopes. 100% would love to stay here again next time we make our way out into the Rockies!
