This place was great for us and our trip to crested butte! We had an issue with checking in and getting into the unit but was able to call the customer service number and they helped us get in easy that night and then they came during our stay to help fix the code so we could continue to use the smart lock. Great people and service and the place was very cute and clean! Parking was a breeze too!

This place was great for the price…you definitely get what you pay for. It was close and easy walk to the slopes and the on demand shuttle was great! We did struggle with a couple of things. First, the door code we were given didn’t work and we never got it to work during our stay. Thankfully we did get access to a physical key. Second, the shower drain wouldn’t stay open so we had to prop it open with a butter knife to get the shower to drain. Third was the tv…we couldn’t use it since we didn’t have a Ruko account. Another thing is that there was no ice. No ice maker or ice trays…not a huge deal we just didn’t know to bring a bag of ice. Thankfully, the company was quick to respond via text and helped with most of our issues.

The place was very clean, smelled fresh and had everything you need and more! The keypad lock wasn't working but customer service was able to help right away and I was able to access the spare key. Will definitely stay again next time!
