What a great cabin in such a great location. It's close to ski resorts, near the wonderful town of Fairplay, and even a short drive to the hot springs. The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Will stay again. A+.

Nice home in a beautiful remote location. Beds and linens were comfortable. We were disappointed in a few things such as both of the showers had very poor water flow and water did not warm up. We were told we’d be informed if an early check in was available and when I checked day of we told we’d have to wait until 4 pm for the cleaning crew. The home was generally clean but there were dead flies in a few locations including the kitchen as well as cobwebs in several spots. The description also stated that firewood was provided but the only firewood on site was outside and covered with snow therefore unusable so we had to make a trip out to get our own.

The house is gorgeous. Set among the tree's, it is like you are in a treehouse. The kids loved the playroom, and we loved being only 30 minutes away from Breckenridge. The Mt Princeton Hot Springs are only 45 minutes away. Easy to get to with plowed roads. This place is in the middle of everything! We loved trying to find the Brazilian Christ the Redeemer statue!
