Convenient to "parking lot lift" or whatever it's called to get up the hill and 4 o'clock trail at the end of the day. Although this year in March due to lack of snow, it was a little bit more of a walk. We had a couple minor issues with learning how to use the lock on the door and code to hot tub, (which is working fine). Owner contacted us immediatly and was great.

Close proximity to ski resort

This condo had a nice workable layout. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Both couches folded out, so all of us had a sleeping surface to ourselves. There were plenty of extra blankets. There’s a very convenient ski locker located right outside the condo door. The unit is on the second floor, but there is a working elevator to make it easy to get heavy things (like ski equipment and suitcases) up and down easy. The location of the condo is very walkable to most places. If walking is not for you, there a bus stop right outside the condo and across the street from the condo.

Great location for a ski trip! It is walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Great location and very easy check in and check out. Great customer service and close tk main st and gondola. Giving 4 and not 5 because the house is a little outdated!

The location is great - steps from downtown and close to free shuttle stop. Note that there is only 1 parking spot available. Even though the VRBO listing says there is an overflow lot, there is NO other lot and NO overnight parking options in Breckenridge (not even paid options). Any additional cars have to park outside of town altogether and it’s really hard to logistically figure out.
