Location was perfect. Able to take the 4 O’clock run to the base and it was a 5 min walk back to the Condo. 5 minute walk to town. Condo was large and clean. Plenty of space and all the amenities you would want. Hot tub works and is clean. Would stay again for sure.

My wife and I love staying here. It’s always a close proximity to everything in Breckenridge and also close to the main gondola. The place is spacious and cozy and easy to find. We can’t wait for our next day here!

This place is wonderful! Location! 3-5 min walk to Breck Connect gondola. A half a block from the bottom of the 4 O’clock run. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. We’ve stayed here for 3 trips in a row and will be back in February. The hot tub is well maintained and the hosts are easy to work with.

Possibly a 5 star place but construction on common areas was happening and it was really loud and intrusive. Couch was not very comfortable either. Outside of that a pretty good place. Great location, pool and hot tub were really nice and a good value for the money.
