Yet you'll also be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots all along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and the Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club only five miles north.

Perfect location. Great amenities. Room for improvement would be the wood bed frame is really, really squeaky! It squeaks every time you roll over or move. It kept my husband and I awake the two nights we stayed. Other then that, the stay was great.

We had a wonderful stay at the Modern Moose! The 3rd floor unit is in Waterhouse at Main Street Station and is in the perfect location to be able to walk to the slopes and the town to shops and restaurants. The complementary ski valet is one of the best unspoken amenities! There is a separate hot tub at Waterhouse which was far less crowded and larger than those at Main Street Station, along with a nice locker room and plush robes in the condo to utilize. The unit is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is nice and well stocked. There is a wonderful gas fireplace and full sized washer dryer. The furniture is a little tired and the lighting could be better, but that did not affect our stay at all. The only issue we did have was with hot water during our stay. Not sure if it was only this unit or the entire building, but we were told it was resolved but the shower took a good 10 to 15 minutes to heat up enough to take a shower and even at that point it was not what we would consider hot enough to be comfortable. Bottom line - if the hot water is fixed I would absolutely stay here again as the complex and location can't be beat!

Loved the location as it's right off Main Street. Peaceful and quiet setting. Very nice kitchen, roomy living room. Would definitely stay here again, but that bed...it's been pointed out in other reviews. Way too soft and any movement causes squeaks. Short hike to Sawmill Reservoir is worth the time.
