fantastic location if we had snow! Fan switch in master bedroom needs some work as it’s difficult to adjust. Also, management company was supposed to bring us a parking pass for the extra spaces on Bluff but they never showed up so that was frustrating!

Second time we have stayed here. The couch and chairs were a little better than last years house. Mentioned by others before, but the return ski trip to the house requires about a 100 yards of poling to get back to the house. Hot Tub was good especially after a day of skiing. Great location to ski down to Snowflake lift.

Pros: location, bathroom for each bedroom, nice private hot tub. Cons: uncomfortable beds, carpet very dirty and pulling up, very small tvs, furniture very old, worn and dirty.

We really enjoyed the ski in and ski out. The house was very warm and comfortable. The hot tub was good and hot. It was everything we needed. It has a very nice kitchen and great amenities. . The only negative I would give is that the beds were not very comfortable. We did not sleep well. But, I would still give it a four out of five. I also want to give a kudos to the maintenance department for coming the next day to fix the shower faucet.
