This condo is a true skier's dream, offering a ski-in/out location next to the Snowflake Lift and close proximity to all the wonderful shops, restaurants, and activities in beautiful downtown Breckenridge. You'll love the stylish, ski-chalet vibes of this condo, complete with an abundance of natural light, luxurious furniture, and lovely rustic decor.
Binge your favorite movies or shows on the cable TV after a day on the slopes, then take a little personal time with a trip to the community hot tub. You'll have downtown Breckenridge within a few minutes' walk, so be sure to take a day off from the mountain to get in a little exploring. And don't forget to take advantage of all the fantastic on-site amenities, including a game room with air hockey, arcade consoles, and Ping-Pong.
While winter guests can shred Breckenridge's spectacular ski runs, summer visitors will enjoy taking gorgeous hikes along the Blair Witch Trail, the Spruce Creek Trail, the Lily Pad Lake Trail, and other local favorites. Alpine Fishing Adventures is less than 10 miles north, ready to take you out to reel in some brown trout, rainbow trout, kokanee salmon, and arctic char.

The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

We stayed the last week of March first week April. The unit was wonderful very nice. Very easy to stay in. Heated parking. Garage was wonderful even better was the pool and three hot tubs that really were heated as they said they were You could swim in them anytime at all. . could only have been better with some soft pillows.
The customer service is outstanding. Great Ski In/ Ski out. Temperature control in unit 507 was a problem. Stayed at Blue Sky before and same issue.
The condo was terrific. Nice, clean, and great amenities. I would stay here again.
The location and amenities at this unit/resort can't be beat in Breck. We love visiting BlueSky and will be back.
Easy ski-in/ski-out access. Convenient shuttle to town if you don't want to walk. Comfortable unit with plenty of room and nicely appointed.
