Don’t worry about being on the second floor. Elevation within steps of the front door. Nice covered parking. Beautiful club house with pool table, game room, showers sauna, pool and hot tub.

The location was very convenient to all the Breckenridge activities. The unit was clean and had all the amenities that you would expect. Directions to use unit were clear and complete. It is also a short hop if you want to go to Lake Dillon or any of the other surrounding attractions.

Stayed here with my family of 5. More than enough room for all of us to have our own space when we were inside. The addition of 3 very comfortable couches, could easily sleep 7 or 8 people. One block from Main St in Breck. Would rebook this property

The condo has comfortable beds, nice kitchen, comfortable living area. We especially enjoyed the location which was walkable to town but also quiet and peaceful. We loved the deck with a barbecue and propane fire pit. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts as well.
