Pine Ridge 01E

We have stayed at this property several times and have always loved this specific home. Layout is great. Love the loft. Great ski in and out using bus short distance up to Snowflake lift for peak 8 access or Beaver Run for peak 9 access. Feel 2 parking passes needed for the 2 BR with loft as no way to travel with group of 7-8 people with only one car. Have to take the other car to the paid overnight parking and spend $25/night to park. Only downside of this property.

The fire place was broken the entire time. Many of the outlets do not work throughout the condo. The tv in the queen size bedroom does not work and never got fixed. The tv upstairs did not work and had to be fixed. There are many improvements that need to be done. One of the kitchen chairs was broke but still at the table. I went to put my kids to bed the first night and had one on the top bunk and one right under and a nasty old yogurt cup fell from the top bunk slats down onto my kid on the lower bunk and spilt on him and the bed. I was disgusted. It was very aggravating for the price we paid for it. We rented two units and were told they were right by each other and they were in two completely different buildings and on the forth floor and we had our handicap caught that can not climb stairs and we were told we were on the lower level. Spoke with others staying in the building and the same thing happened to them about being on higher floor than was told. Do better!!

Worked great for multi generation trip. Location was perfect

The home wasn't stocked well. We either didn't have or ran out of a lot of basic items pretty quickly. We needed toilet paper, salt, oil spray, kitchen rags, trash bags, the list goes on. We made due or purchased these, but others in our group had much better stocked condos. They also all paid less than us, even in the same resort. The views were okay, but you can only see the mountain out of the main bedroom balcony. No elevator made it hard to get all the luggage into the room.

Excellent location. Free Breck ride just few steps outside the condo takes you up the hill to Snowflake lift. So convenient for our group of 8!! Second time staying here. Love the room set up with bunk beds having queen beds on the bottom. Beds super comfortable. Kitchen had all the supplies you could need. Love the boot/glove dryers. Had issue with the plumbing in second bathroom toilet but maintenance fixed immediately. Would have liked more towels so could have enough for hot tub and showers but we made it work. Few more essentials like shampoo/conditioner, extra toilet paper and extra garbage bags would have been nice and assume if had asked front desk they would have provided more but our group was on the slopes during the open hours of the front desk and we didn’t make it a priority. Front desk when contacted prior always super helpful.

Wonderful home in a great location! We were able to walk or bus almost anywhere. Very clean and well equipped condo. We would stay here again. The only issue is the third floor walk up.
