The condo was clean, comfortable and was close to downtown

We've stayed here before and would stay again. Walking distance from downtown Breck, all the amenities. We locked ourselves out one evening and a staff member was there within minutes.

The location of this unit in Pine Ridge was great. Very close to hot tub. First floor so no steps in ski boots. Close to bus stop. Very close to Snow Flake lift for snowboarders. Too far for ski boots but bus was very close. Not ski out but certainly is ski in when there is enough snow. Our trip was mid-December so the run was closed due to not enough snow. Earlier review mentioned poor linens but that must have been addressed because the linens were great. There were only 2 hot tub (beach) towels. Not enough when the reservation was for 3 and there could have been up to 6 guests. Also no pot holders for removing pans from oven. Forced to use dish towels which were not great for this purpose. Would recommend this unit.

2 twin beds and king and separate bathrooms with tub available for the kids and fireplace on timer with kitchen essentials. The sleds were a nice surprise that my younger child enjoyed given how much snow there was. The paths and parking lot were plowed daily. Nice to know there are ski/snowboard lockers at lower level and there were runners and doormats to help contain the snow at the door. Hot tub was short walk outside just yards away. BreckFreeRide shuttle picked up just across the street at the bus stop shelter. Walking distance from 4 O’clock run where there’s the Breckenridge Spa. Also walking distance to Main St but we ended up driving due to the sidewalks downtown not all well/shoveled. Would book again.

Beautiful ski-in/ski-out condo. Easily walkable to local shopping and restaurants. Wonderful surprise that the queen bed was updated to a king bed. Bed was super comfortable after a long day of shopping. It was our pup's first time traveling. She loved being on the ground level close to the outdoors.
