Pine Ridge 13B was praised as a great choice that offered excellent value through its spacious, open layout and comfortable accommodations for groups and families. Guests appreciated the large living area, roomy feel, comfortable seating, and overall well-equipped interior that had what was needed for an enjoyable stay. Its location stood out, with easy walking access to town, Main Street, dining, and the ski area, making it convenient for both skiing and exploring. Comfortable furnishings and many special amenities await guests in this ski-in condo! This first-floor condo located in Building 13 boasts a spacious living area that features plenty of seating for enjoying a blazing fire in the fireplace (firewood provided) or watching movies on the TV with cable and a DVD player. The open living space also includes a dining area and breakfast bar seating. The kitchen has been fully appointed with all the essentials so the chef of the group can prepare delicious treats and homemade meals for everyone. Anyone who likes to sleep in will appreciate the black-out curtains that help block out light and noise. The primary suite has a second TV and new bedding.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

This particular unit is very dated. Old furniture, old everything! Room with two beds has bed issues. There were no slats or supports under the bed. You over 140 lbs? Sit or lay down with care. Good chance is you will find the floor! We took the boards used to block the glass doors and used them as slats! Main bath shower was clogged. We went to store and ended up using a full container of liquid plumber to get it working! CAUTION: If you don’t know what HULU or one of those streaming sticks are or how they work better learn. We watched TV on our iPad for two days until we figured it out. Oh, and bedroom TV, never got anything on it. Other electronics were funny! There was a VCR and DVD player and a boom box! I am not sure anyone has anything to play in these any longer. Fireplace and wood and starter wood was good but if you don’t smoke and don’t carry matches or lighter with you, well, no fire until you go buy something to start it with!

We loved the location and the large space. The furniture was old but relatively high quality. The appliances were good -- new washer dryer; fast icemaker; nice stove. The dishwasher was barely functional. The main bedroom had a soft mattress that was uncomfortable. The chest of drawers was barely functional because the drawers fell out of the unit. Another set of drawers was in the closet and not usable. We love the Pine Crest units and would stay in this one again, but for the main bedroom mattress.

Location, Location is the only good thing about this stay. If you’re only there for skiing and don’t care about outdated living quarters then this might work for you. This unit is very outdated and needs some love and fixing up. Maybe something the owners should highly consider during off season.

Very open layout that can accommodate a large family. While only 2 of us, it was great having so much room. Whole a bit older, what we needed was well maintained.

When we arrived the sink in the second bedroom was clogged, it took 24 hours to fix it. The matress in the second bedroom was horrible. The apartment needs humidifiers. Too many inconviniences for the price we paid((((
