The simple pleasures

This is our third year staying at the AML, and it was like coming home! The staff are very welcoming and helpful!

Aspen Mountain Lodge is in a great location with a wonderful staff. I appreciated their help and professionalism. Highly recommend.

The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great and a wonderful benefit of staying here! It's not luxury accommodations, but great value for what you get in Aspen. Close enough to walk to town but also using the free Aspen transportation was so easy and picks you up right at the lodge and can take you into town. Bathrooms are small but rooms are roomy.

We arrived early and was greeted by Rubin. His polite demeanor, and over the top willingness to help was absolutely fantastic. This guy made our trip as smooth as possible. I would book again just to have his assistance. On to the room- the room was a perfect size for our family of 3. The place is a little dated showing its age (hence 3/5 stars), but everything worked like it should and above all it was very clean. Our extended family booked a room at the lodge as well and the gathering area in the middle of the lodge was great to just relax and talk. We often left our doors open to come in and out at our leisure. It felt great. I have nothing to say negatively about the place. I’d recommend to anyone that doesn’t need to have the flair of downtown Aspen and wants to feel like home.
