Simple Leafs

We loved this property. It was very spacious four bedrooms, and could’ve easily and comfortably slept much much more than my family of four. It was about a 10 minute drive without traffic to Breckenridge resort, so pretty convenient. It was very cold while we were there so we really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace. We definitely eat in for many of our meals on ski trips, so I really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and I appreciate it even more when they have spice racks and some basics already there. My only criticism was some difficulty with remote controls, but the support line helped us navigate manually, turning the fireplace on and off, which was fine. we didn’t find the pillows very comfortable. But the positives far out weighed any negatives. Of course it doesn’t have ski and ski out convenience, but the trade-off is a beautiful spacious home. Highly recommend.

Nice location and easy access to trails directly from the place

This home exceeded all our expectations! The location was phenomenal, so close to town and the slopes, yet just far enough away to truly enjoy being surrounded by the beautiful pines and aspens. Cozy outdoor space on the deck, overlooking the blue river that runs right behind the home. The home is nicely updated, clean and super mountain modern feel to it. The kitchen was well stocked, had everything we could need plus more....and there were spices, seasonings, and oils making it super easy to cook. Spacious bedrooms and nicely updated bathrooms. The primary bedroom upstairs is huge with vaulted ceiling. They had a variety of board games, and even a small stash of books and toys for kids. We will definitely be staying here again next time. It was more than perfect for our family of 5. Easily could have brought our grandparents or another small family to stay all together there. The nightly rate was a BARGAIN compared to other homes with similar beds and baths.

We loved the location of this home and the modern upgrades throughout. Very well equipped and comfortable for the whole family.
