The house is beautiful and it was very clean. I'm leaving a 3 star review because I specifically booked the weekend for 8 adults and we only had 6 of the 8 beds made (two beds were trundle style and we could not find extra linens anywhere), we only had 6 towels, and we were left with about 6 paper towels left on the roll with no spare roll to be found. The missing bed linens and towels were definitely the biggest hit against this stay.

Very spacious home for a large group. Easy access, no issues once at the property. Definitely need a vehicle for access to town and the ski resort, as the bus is a long walk down the hill and takes a while to make it to your destination due to many stops. Large patio with a beautiful view.

We had a lovely stay at the sunlight cottage. Our beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the six of us to hang out in the living room and the dining room kitchen area. So often a VRBO will say it sleeps 6 to 8 people but the gathering places are all too small.
Nice amenities including a steam shower!
The neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown.

This modern rental was awesome!! The home is located just outside town. We enjoyed the neighborhood, the park, and the beautiful sunsets. The house had everything... beautiful kitchen comfy family room, a relaxing front and back patio. The grill was well used!!The bedroom setup was perfect for our family of 4 toddlers and 6 adults. We hiked a few days and walked the main street and enjoyed the breweries. We also had a full day on steamboat mountain with all the summer activities. If you are looking for a wonderful rental in steamboat this house is for you. The house was super clean and organized. The owner/property manager was the best after a locked door mishap. We truly appreciated the fast professional service. A few things we would like to pass along.
Easy access to a cordless vacuum..we wanted to keep the place tidy. A few more towels especially in the kitchen. A coffee pot...we brought our own, we drink a lot of coffee. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
