Nice, clean, comfortable place to stay. The only bad thing is could use a little paint and maintenance. The only reason I say that is because I would really hate for normal ware and tare from gusts to get out of hand and become un manageable or to hard to maintain. Excellent price, and very quiet place.

Location was great but the condo furnishings are in desperate need of updating as well as the bed linens. This place has so much potential. Owners just need to spend a little money on updating .

The location of this condo could not have been more perfect for our stay. I very much enjoyed the sounds of the river just steps outside of the back door which was where I enjoyed coffee every morning. It had everything we needed including a few board games. Even though we had neighbors, it was very quiet and just made for an overall great trip to Grand Lake! We will absolutely be back!
