Winter Park Resort is only six miles away for world-class winter fun.

Modern, clean and affordable. Mini-kitchen was a plus. Comfortable bed/linens. Walls to adjoining apartments are thin/bring earplugs. VRBO Care worked well when host and property management were unavailable for a quick response on a problem with the entry code.

We stayed here for a few nights and overall found the space to be clean 🧹, cozy 🛋️, and comfortable 🛏️. The bed itself was comfortable, and the unit felt welcoming and well cared for. The location is excellent 📍 — the grocery store is right down the hill 🏪, and the town’s lift bus transportation 🚌 is outstanding, making it easy to get around without needing to drive much. The bed accoutrements (linens, pillows, etc.) could use a refresh 🛌 to better match the comfort of the mattress. The walls are extremely thin 🧱, and the adjoining door between units makes sound travel even more noticeable 🔊, so noise can be an issue when neighboring units are occupied. Access to the unit requires going up and down 15 exterior stairs 🪜❄️, which were consistently covered in snow during our stay. This made coming and going a bit challenging and is something future guests should be aware of. Additionally, the security lock 🔒 on the front door is somewhat challenging to use and could benefit from clearer instructions or an update. One other note: the kitchen towels provided 🧺 are very low quality and not very functional. Upgrading these would be a small but meaningful improvement. We appreciated that the property management was responsive 👍 and willing to make things right if there were any issues. However, given the 15 stairs consistently covered in snow ❄️🪜 and the challenging front door lock 🔒, this reviewer would not choose to stay here again.

Hot water was broke. Kept telling me that they would get back to me with an update on when it would be looked at "in an hour" this went on for 10 hours before we left to find another hotel to shower at.
