Our family enjoyed our stay! The unit is well appointed, easy ski in/out and quick walk to BC village. Corner location has additional windows that provides great natural light. Kitchen is well stocked. Would rent again.

Have stayed at Townsend Place several times. This unit a bit better than others. Close beautiful creek-side walk to village and all resort amenities. Our goal was to hike, enjoy the Fall beauty, eat, and relax. All goals were met! The unit is as many reviews report and looks like pictures. It was very clean (though took a bit to get past faded stains on chair cushions), quite comfortable, and well equipped for cooking/dining, online working, and TV service. Bed very comfortable! Unit has good feel and space, never felt cramped. Space for hanging clothes is really limited. Be sure to keep unit entry code handy. Never used hot tub. Car stayed in garage entire time.

The unit was not as clean as it should have been. The washer had a moldlike substance in it. It also does not have bunk beds. There is a pull-out trundle that makes walking in the bedroom a challenge and there is a small folding cot in the closet.

there is really only one closet that is not packed to the brim with owners items, and linens. So many linens in so many places. The unit is fine - but not what you would expect for the nightly rate. Cheap window coverings, blood stain on one of the chairs. If you are a group of college students, this place might be just right for you.
