This third-floor condo offers great mountain views, high ceilings, and a comfortable atmosphere. In the main room, you'll find a comfortable living area with couches in front of a gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV (cable and free WiFi included).

A modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make delicious meals, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. A breakfast bar offers convenient seating for meals.

Three bedrooms, three full baths, and a loft make this home suitable for up to nine travelers. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed, both with full private baths. Upstairs, one room has a queen bed, and the loft area has three twin beds. There's a shared full bath up here, as well. A private washer/dryer are available for any laundry that needs freshening.

This house is perfect for a family or a group of friends - Vail has world-class skiing and a number of delicious restaurants and bars for relaxing in comfort after a fun day in the snow! In the summer, take a mountain hike among the wildflowers, catch a free concert, mountain bike, or visit the Dillon Reservoir 30 miles away for some sailing or fishing action.

Location was perfect! Loved that it was so close to Lionshead that you could walk there. The friends who stayed in the upstairs loft said the beds up there were uncomfortable and the sun coming in through the skylight woke them up around 6 each morning. Aside from that, the living room space was really comfortable for game night and the kitchen was really convenient. Something to note that didn't bother us, but might be worth noting for others is that there was no dining table. Overall, a great stay for the price.

The location is great. The space is pretty good… but don’t be deceived. There’s not room for 8! We had 6 and that’s the max for sure. Hot water ran out after 4 showers every day. Kitchen is NOT stocked- we had to buy basic cooking items like a spatula. There’s no table- which is fine but just be aware.

The condo was amazing! Very clean, cozy, and spacious for our family of 5! I do wish there were extra chairs on the balcony. The pool construction was a huge disappointment bc it was very loud, and an unsightly view from the condo and balcony. The parking also was terrible. Each condo should have an assigned spot so people aren’t fighting for spots.

Great location, spacious for the 4 of us. Easy to locate. Quick and easy to access Vail shops, restaurants and the ski area. A few staples needed to be replenished and once Addie (mgr) became aware, she was quick to respond. Would recommend this condo in a heartbeat!

There was plenty of room for sleeping, but not much room for eating as there was only a breakfast bar that accommodated 2 people. Beds where comfortable, but one of the twin beds in the loft had a bent frame so the box spring could slid off. Not a huge issue for us as there were more beds available. Being on the bus route was very convenient.
