location is great for free standing townhome; ski in, and can ski out if you walk down the street 5 minutes. Renovated but could use higher end linens and additional clean pillows, extra seating in family room. Great heater and Wi-Fi; well stocked kitchen but need more glassware.

Loved the location of this unit. Thankfully, it does not face West, so the hot afternoon sun is not blaring in the non air conditioned unit. I loved being able to start my favorite hike up to Spruce Saddle from our behind the townhouse. The unit does get hot. A lot of the windows are not operational. So, fans need to be provided. We have stayed in Beaver Creek for years. We love being able to walk into town to eat (there is also a shuttle), walk to play Pickleball and start our hike from the backyard. It is a great location. We enjoyed our stay. Management was a joy to work with. Highly recommend. Beds very comfortable. Great tvs. Lovely kitchen.

We loved being here! Plenty of space for our family and loved having en suite baths for each bedroom, plus the bonus room downstairs! Perfect location with walkable access to the village, but not in the heart of it. As others have noted, lots of stairs! We absolutely would stay here again!
