Fallridge 312 is described as a fantastic, beautifully designed property that guests would gladly return to and highly recommend. Guests found it very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with clean interiors and thoughtful decor. The peaceful, beautiful setting and convenient access were especially appreciated. Guests also enjoyed the gorgeous porch view and found the extra room especially useful as a play space. The property was noted as generously stocked with towels, toiletries, and well-equipped kitchen essentials, and guests also enjoyed the firepit.

The mountains and valley seem to unfold before you at this Platinum-rated Vail condo, a study in contemporary alpine elegance. Take in the spectacular view from your terrace or a seat by the fire, and delight in a prime setting adjacent to the Vail Golf Club/Vail Nordic Center.

This condo sits on the third floor of Fallridge, a complex that's enviably situated on the first tee of Vail Golf Club's PGA Championship course. You'll be just over a mile from ski lifts, great restaurants, and all sorts of shops in the heart of Vail Village, which is easily reached via the free Town of Vail shuttle. The free shuttle service will bring you directly to the Golden Peak Ski Lift. After a day of adventure, enjoy access to a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, a game room with foosball and Ping-Pong, and a conference room on the grounds.

You can walk, take the shuttle, or drive home to the secure underground parking and find the ultimate in relaxation amidst custom stone and woodwork. Crack open a good book by the wood-burning fireplace or get started on dinner using the premium stainless steel kitchen appliances, mini bar, and stately dining room table.

I recently stayed at the Fallridge 312 condo in Vail, CO. The condo was beautifully designed and decorated. It was also generously supplied with towels, soap, shampoo, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

We were initially hesitant to book this apartment since it had no reviews yet, but I am thrilled to be the first one to share my experience. The neighborhood is really peaceful and beautiful. The apartment is impeccably maintained. It is comfortable, clean, and spacious. The view from the porch is gorgeous, and we really enjoyed the firepit. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the apartment remained relatively cool throughout the day. The only minor inconvenience was the time it took for the hot water to warm up for a shower. Additionally, the hallways of the building are quite old, but they were undergoing renovations when we were there and I'm assuming it will be beautiful when it's done (this did not at all affect our positive experience though). We would definitely take this apartment again if we come back! Overall, our stay was fantastic and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to vacation.
