Had everything we needed. Cozy place for our family of 4. Great location!

The bed is absolutely horrible and needs attention. the springs are worn, mattress slouches to center and foam topper is not even the size of the bed. Far too small for a couple. Comforter on bed was soiled, appears to be blood or wine stains. towels were scratchy and stiff. We were given 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper; kitchen had less than 1/4 roll paper towels; no foil, plastic wrap and/or bags - coffee or tea? nothing. No extra effort to welcome - so easy to write a welcome card and leave something...mints! I am a short-term rental owner and would not present a rental in this condition. No booklet in rental with Wi-fi access, remote instructions and if any streaming services are included.

We loved our stay. The home was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for hiking along the river, walking to the gondola as well as to many shops and restaurants. It was all very convenient. We would definitely stay again!
