Here in the center of Avon, you'll be walkable to restaurants, cafes, gear shops, a grocery store, the banks of the Eagle River, and the gondola. Beaver Creek Village is only three miles south, while Vail Ski Resort is an easy, nine-mile drive east. You'll also be very close to a stop for the complimentary ski resort shuttle.

As you enter this second-story condo, the first thing you'll notice is the incredible natural light. A back wall of floor-to-ceiling glass frames the shaded balcony, the town below, and the evergreen mountains dusted with snow.

After a day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or mountain biking, come home to shed your gear by the door, toss the day's clothes in the washer/dryer, and fix yourself a few hearty snacks in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and dishwasher.
