Excellent free bus service to slopes. Car parking. Reasonable value.

Fine, except for the less-than-quality kitchen appliances. The sunlight-bathed living space is wonderful and interior decor and furnishings is excedllent. The heated underground parking garage space is a very nice winter amenity and the building is located conveniently to the excellent Vail free bus service. Going skiing? Leave your car in the garage and take the bus.

We really enjoyed our stay and spent several days skiing. The location is fantastic—the bus to town and Golden Peak stops right in front of the building, which saved us both time and parking costs. The unit was well‑equipped, and we didn’t need to purchase anything besides food. The hot tub being on the same floor was a huge bonus; most of the time it felt like a private spa. The shower also had excellent water pressure, which we appreciated after long ski days.

This year (Aug 2025) was the fourth time w”my wife and I have stayed at Fallridge 213. And we and our friends who stayed across the hall from us in #214 will be coming back next year. Fallridge is across the street from the Vail Golf Club and Gore Grill. The golf is great and the Grill provides a very nice and inexpensive meal as an alternative after a busy day to traveling into Vail Village or Lionshead for every meal. Unit 213 and its neighboring Unit 214 (also a 1 bedroom) are a great way for couples traveling together to be together but still have some space. Fallridge has covered parking and an elevator to bring in luggage and supplies, an outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, and the neighborhood has great walking and biking trails. One can walk, bus, or bike to the Betty Ford gardens, which is a great treat. Vail Village also provides bus transportation from the golf course and reduced parking if you choose to drive. We and our friends have stayed in the Village before, but Fallridge is at the top of our list.
