Ski Inn 332

The condo was very clean and just fine for two people for four nights. The kitchen area and bathrooms are small and that might be an issue for a larger group or for a longer stay. The up to date showers were nice. We liked being on the third/top floor (quieter), with a deck and mountain view, and parking and outdoor hot tubs were very close. The condo building (#300) would normally be ski in/out but due to lack of snow we had a longer walk to the access point, but it was not difficult terrain and about 250 yards away. It is the closest to the walking path to the slopes. We also could walk about a 1/2 mile into the village, an easy walk. So the condo is conveniently located for both skiing and apres ski activities.

Well-appointed condo with everything you need. We did not expect to have shampoo, soap, coffee, etc., nor did we expect the washer/dryer to be located in the unit per the written description. We could have packed. little lighter had we known. Shared hot tubs were pretty clean and never too busy to use. Shuttle timing varies a lot. I may have stayed closer to the village had I known as there are no amenities in the immediate area. We had to walk up or down a fairly steep hill to get to/from the village. This is also not a true ski-in/ski-out property. It's a short walk to the slope... so you walk a few hundred yards, put on your skis, ski a few hundred yards, and either hop on the chairlift or remove your skis for one of two gondolas. That said, Steamboat is hard to beat, and we had a great time on our first family trip skiing in the Rockies. The ski lockers were nice, but walking up 3 flights of steps after skiing all day made for a fight to the end for us low-landers!

Everything was perfect, the condo was nice and had everything we needed. The walk to the mountain was fairly close and close to the base. Shuttle service and app was easy to use when we needed to go into town. We would be willing to stay here again in the future.

Do you hate public transport to the mountain? Then book this place! We were so close to the lift. A short walk up a hill and we were right on the mountain next to the gondola. The beds were comfortable and the building was easy to access. We enjoyed the simplicity of the check in and the ease of load-in. The kitchen is great, giving you the option to make your own food. Even had a grill on the deck!! We will definitely be back, very soon!
